Uber Funding (Rideshare)
Many participants in SDP are approved for Uber/rideshare services in their spending-plan. For those participants, we’re excited to introduce a new and improved way to manage your transportation.
We’re excited to share that FMS Pay is now partnering with Uber to support your travel needs. With this, you can easily book rides through the Uber Health app and use your SDP funding from FMS Pay.
Instead of using gift cards, you’ll now have access to the Uber Health program through FMS Pay, allowing you to easily book rides for your approved trips through the Uber Health app.

Required Information:
To establish your Uber Health account, FMS Pay will need:
1. Client Name
2. Client UCI #
3. Valid mobile phone number
4. Client Date of Birth
After enrollment, you will receive an invite via text message. Video instructions for enrollment can be found by clicking here.
Tips/gratuity to rideshare drivers cannot be funded through SDP dollars. Any tips the participant leaves for the driver will be charged to the participant's personal credit card on file with Uber.
