FMS Pay is pleased to offer a participant self-service portal, where all of your FMS related forms and documents are accessible 24/7. This service is offered through Sync. Sync is secure and HIPAA compliant. You are encouraged to also utilize Sync's "Two Factor Authentication" when creating your account.

Upon onboarding with FMS Pay, you will receive an email invitation to join Sync. After registering and creating a password, you will then have access to your shared participant folder. The participant folder will allow you to view and access any of your historical FMS documents, including service provider invoices and monthly statements.

Additional authorized individuals may be granted access to your participant folder as well, such as an Independent Facilitator or member of the participant's circle of support.
